Staff & counters

Owner lock
Set an owner PIN so cashiers can make bills but can’t change items, prices or shop settings. Write the PIN down somewhere safe. If it’s forgotten, the app provider can set a new one from the admin page.

Shop settings
Printed at the top of every bill. Changes save as you type.
What the bill shows
Change any text or column on the printed bill.
Online account
Billing keeps working without internet. Bills go online on their own when the internet comes back, and each customer gets a link to their bill.
Backup
Bills and items are saved in this browser on this laptop only. Take a backup every evening and keep it on a pen drive or send it to yourself on WhatsApp.
